Introduction

The Calendar Share plugin allows you to easily let users save events directly to their preferred calendar service from your Bubble app. Whether it’s a meeting, webinar, or reminder, users can add events with just a click.

This plugin supports multiple calendar platforms and gives you full control over event details like time, location, description, and links making it perfect for scheduling and event-based applications.

Event data such as title, date, time, and location ready for use.

Name	The title of the event	Text
Description	A description of the event. You can include links if needed. Optional	Text
Start date/time	The start date and time of the event. If “Include times” is disabled, only the date will be used	Date

Include times	Determines whether the event includes specific times or is treated as an all-day event	Checkbox (Yes/No)
Location	The physical address or location of the event. Optional	Text

	SETTINGS
Theme	Controls the visual theme of the calendar sharing interface	Text
Element ID	The HTML ID of the button that will trigger the calendar sharing menu. Optional if using workflow action instead	Text

	DIRECT SHARE
	The direct share feature allows you to redirect the user to a specific service without displaying the sharing menu. To enable this feature, please use the workflow action "🐝 Share to calendar" instead.
