It also has a powerful dashboard to search the database of candidates using many filters like experience, education, location etc. Each candidate will have access to their own account and page where they can keep their information up-to-date.

Data Types

Education

This data type stores the date when you attained the university.

Jobposition

Links the Workexperience object with the jobPosition object, and attributes a specific work experience to a job a user held.

JobTitle

This field stores the occupation of a specific user.

Sector

This field stores a sector that can have multiple industries beneath it.

User

Stores a list of Workexperience objects a user registers in the form.

Workexperience

This data type attributes a Workexperience object to a User.

index

This is the landing page of the template which contains a form for candidate's contact information. An already registered candidate can proceed to login. It makes use of the custom states below:

This is the candidate's account. Changes can be made to the different data fields as the candidate wishes. Changes can be addition of a job experience or editing of contact information.

admin

The admin page gives the admin access to viewing several candidate applications/profiles using filters such as level, education, experience, job title, etc. Filters make search easier and reduces bulk of work to find candidates who meet certain requirements.

Reusable Elements

application

The application page is a replica of the index page where "new" candidates open applications (new registrations), creating new accounts/profiles.

The header carries the name and logo of the firm, the Dashboard link which is accessed by the admin, and the Login button.

The footer basically contains the organization name, address and contact phone number.

Login Popup/Forgot password

Every user log into her database using an email address and password. Accounts are recovered via the registered email address which receives a reset link for a new password. This is done on the login page.
